Return Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us. You can return items that are unused and in resalable condition for a full credit within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, a 20% restocking charge will be deducted from your credit memo. Special orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable. Call 866-633-5010 and ask your Customer Service Representative for a return authorization.
Please open your order upon arrival and check each item. In the unlikely event of a shortage or damage, please make a note on your delivery receipt; keep original carton, packing material and packing list. Please report all shortages within 24 Hours of receipt.
Limited Warranty
Resurface Solutions Inc. gives no written warranty. Our products meet our specifications and when used as directed, the products will meet or exceed intended service life. Buyer assumes all risk as to the use of the products.
